1. About OATH MONKS
OATH MONKS operates as skill-based esports tournament and league infrastructure. Teams pay a published entry fee to register for a competitive season, compete in scheduled matches, earn points under a published scoring system, and eligible teams receive a share of a published prize pool based on final standings.
2. Not a betting or wagering platform
Entry fees are payment for a competitive slot in a skill-based tournament, not a bet or wager. Outcomes are determined entirely by player and team performance, verified by administrators. OATH MONKS does not operate odds, betting markets, or any chance-based prize mechanism.
3. Eligibility
Each tournament may define its own eligibility rules (age, region, roster composition, account requirements). Eligibility rules are published on the tournament page before registration closes.
4. Account responsibilities
Team managers are responsible for the accuracy of roster and contact information submitted at registration, and for the conduct of their players during competition.
5. Fair play
Cheating, smurfing, account sharing, collusion between teams, or submission of falsified match evidence may result in disqualification, forfeiture of entry fee, and forfeiture of any prize otherwise earned, at the platform's discretion following review.
6. Result verification and disputes
Only match results verified by an administrator affect official standings. Teams may raise a dispute with supporting evidence; disputes are reviewed and resolved by administrators, and all administrative changes to results are logged.
7. Limitation of liability
OATH MONKS is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity, third-party game servers, or force majeure events affecting scheduled matches.
8. Governing law
To be finalized by counsel prior to launch, specifying jurisdiction and applicable law.
