Refund Policy

When a refund applies

• A tournament is cancelled by OATH MONKS after your registration was confirmed and paid.
• Your registration is rejected by an administrator after payment (e.g. an eligibility issue found during review).
• A duplicate or erroneous charge is confirmed on review.

When a refund does not apply

• You voluntarily withdraw your team after registration is confirmed.
• Your team is disqualified for a fair-play violation.
• Your team fails to show up for scheduled matches.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through the payment gateway. Processing time depends on the gateway and issuing bank and is typically 5–7 business days once initiated. Refund status (Pending, Success, Failed, Cancelled, Refunded) is visible on your payment record in your team dashboard.

Failed payments

If your entry fee payment fails or is cancelled before completion, no charge is made and no refund is applicable — your registration simply remains in Pending Payment status until you retry.
