Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account information: name, email, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
• Team and player information you submit: roster, in-game IDs, contact email/phone.
• Payment metadata (order ID, payment ID, amount, status) — full card/UPI details are handled entirely by the payment gateway and never touch OATH MONKS servers.
• Match evidence you upload (screenshots/recordings) for result verification.

How we use it

To operate tournament registration, payment verification, fixture scheduling, result verification, standings, prize distribution, and to send you notifications about your registrations, matches and payments.

What is public

Team names, logos, descriptions, rosters (usernames/game IDs, not real names unless you choose to display them), match results and standings are public by design — this is a competitive platform. Personal contact information (email, phone) submitted at registration is never displayed publicly.

Data retention

Tournament, match and standings data is retained indefinitely to preserve historical records and team reputations. Account deletion requests remove personal identifiers while preserving anonymized competitive history.

Third parties

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Transactional email may be sent via a third-party provider. Neither receives more information than necessary to perform their function.
